Communication Creates Success

When I look at our sales reports each month, it always seems that our strongest distributors are the ones that we have the best communication with.  It seems like an obvious thing yet it is difficult at times to get everyone on the same page.  For over 25 years, Carbide Tool Services has been driven to become the very best indexable tool repair company in the country.  There are times that we fell like we have acheived this goal but at no time do we ever stop our pursuit of continuos improvement.  It is our customers, and our distributors, that push us to get better.  Communication through the business channels is critical.  The indexable cutting tool business can be demanding but we have always been committed to open communication with all of our partners in the cutting tool market.  We have operated by the simple principle that if we don't know the answer we call the customer and find out what they require, or we call the distributor that we are working with and together we find the solution.  Constant communication is how we handle the issues that challenge us each and everyday.  We believe this is what will continue to keep us at the top in the indexable tool repair business and in the cutting tool market in the future.
